At Grey 51, we maintain a very low defect rate. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, simply contact us with a clear description of the problem. After verifying the issue, we will promptly reproduce any defective items.

As all our products are 100% custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality.
This includes changes of mind, ordering the wrong size, preferring a different product, or sample orders.

To ensure the best fit, please check the size chart before placing your order. Since every item is made specifically for you, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

  • Defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide a photograph clearly showing the issue.
  • We may request that you return the entire defective order before reproducing it.
  • If a return is needed, we will cover shipping costs and provide a return label.
  • We will reproduce or refund the order within 5 days of verifying the issue.
  • Reproductions will follow the same production and shipping timeline as the original order.
  • No returns on sample orders.
  • All sales are final unless a quality issue is verified.
