5. Returns and Refunds
Custom Products
Due to the nature of custom printing, all sales are final, and custom products are non-refundable unless:
- There is a material defect in the product.
- The product received does not match the approved design.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@grey51.com or call/text us at 626.699.9098 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue for faster processing.
Non-Custom Products
For non-custom products, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or verify the issue. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
